Sorokhaibam Ibetombi aged 80, wife of a Freedom Fighter, from Serou was burnt alive by Kuki militants inside her house after locking the doors around 3:00 am on May 28 2023.

On May 28, 2023, Sorokhaibam Ibetombi, the 80-year-old wife of freedom fighter S. Churachand Singh, was tragically burnt alive in her house in Serou village, Manipur by Kuki militants.
