Itβs ok to have a little treat!
Please donβt let fear-based messaging create undue health anxiety.

I joined Scott Carney to discuss the harms of Huberman platforming misinformation on his podcast.
If you feel like heβs helped you and donβt understand the danger of his pseudoscience, please watch this: youtu.be/1ws96_jZrNw?siβ¦
Super fun but also informative chat with House of Pod and [email protected] why not about Huberman, supplements, the ethics of sponsorships, and some new Ben and Jerryβs ice cream flavors!

I couldnβt fit some thoughts in my Slate piece, so a supplement was in my newsletter.
I note other false & unsubstantiated claims from Huberman: βweak tibialisβ stuff, Bluetooth headphones, Sara Gottfried/hormone nonsense, & more.
Enjoy!

And less likely to get flu shot, go to dentist, or use sunscreen.
Itβs a direct path to science rejection.
