I was pleased to be able to represent the Lieutenancy at the Annual Service for Sister Dora (Dorothy Pattison 1832-78), Walsall's most famous citizen. She was an Anglican Nun and nurse who treated thousands of the poor and sick. WMLieutenancy @WalsallCouncil
