Poor pay. Terrible working conditions. Increasing workload with sicker patients. Toxic work cultures.

Solution? None but stopping funding to NHS Practitioner Health which has been a vital service in helping doctors in dark times.

Personally, the NHS as an employer is BEYOND cruel.

I’ve now managed 5 months back at work, and have made it to 16 hrs a week. Which is a far cry from the 40+ hrs a week I was doing before #LongCovid , but a whole better than nothing

I can’t overstate the contribution that Michael Farquhar personally and the Rainbow Badge project in general has made to addressing #LGBT health inequalities. It started with one doctor in one hospital and has evolved into an impactful project involving nearly 80 hospital trusts
