It's scary to think that a 'holistic nutritionist' with no medical/nutrition training what so ever is telling patients with disordered eating to 'cut out dairy & gluten' without rhyme or reason. Its also scary to think virtually ANYONE can call themselves a 'nutritionist'

Any trainer can make someone so sore they can’t walk the next day. Many trainers see this as a badge of honor.

This is insanity!

Elite trainers never want this to happen. They know the objective is to be able to come back the next day.

Consistency over intensity.
