The former airport just metres away from NAIT is destroyed. Fire crews are working to contain the blaze which has ripped apart the historic building in the Blatchford area.

The Phipps-McKinnon Building has been sold and will be converted to residential. Great news for Rice Howard Way and #yegdt .

While this project goes ahead, many others can not break ground due to costs of development.
