Looking for help with my #macbookpro . This error message keeps appearing. Can log in via safe mode but have limited functionality. Have updated & reinstalled OS but issue remains. Any ideas?

I’m really disappointed with Select IE - Your Local Apple Expert Dundrum. I made an Apple Support appointment yesterday to assess my MacBook - was told no technician available and to come back today. Did so - still no technician. He’s on holidays yet they’re still taking appointments.
