They still operate hydrafoils as a fast ferry on Lake Como. I remember as a young lad catching the hydrofoil across Sydney Harbour. They ceased service in 1991. Great boats.

Last morning in Bellagio with a coffee and that iconic Italian pastry, a croissant.

Lake Como from the air - in particular looking over our hamlet of Pescallo on the Bellagio Peninsula.

This is one area I truly believe much of Europe is out if touch with - providing public toilets. Everyone needs to wee, but toilets are few and far between and often require payment of exact change.
