Most cities would kill for a building which was part of its linen boom, had secret wartime use and was a pioneering TV station. Think of the tourism!

Due for demolition on January 8, Havelock House is among South Belfast's oldest buildings.

In fact, it's older than we originally thought.

Its oldest part was recently spotted on this plan for the Belfast Central Railway from 1867.

We hope that LotusProperty will see sense.
