I don't like the idea of poetry having boundaries. Write without punctuation, write prose poems, bastardise sonnets, destroy form, adhere strictly to it, write politically, be surreal, write a collection about Nutella. All have value, all exist to create joy for the author.

I had THE BEST time with Vic Pickup and Dr. Kate Noakes at Free Verse today. Truly an excellent event on all counts. Feeling very inspired right now and also very grateful to have met so many wonderful people!

I really enjoy feeling ambivalent about Taylor Swift, and listening to her music and wondering whether or not I like it.
