Last year, The Trussell Trust foodbanks provided over 3.1M emergency food parcels. We provided over 15,668 food parcels across our patch. This isn't right. We urgently need all political leaders to set out how they will build a future where no one needs emergency food to survive. 💚

The annual poverty figures published today show 600,000 more people, half of them children, are living in Absolute poverty, the Government's preferred measure, rising for the 2nd year in a row.
