A hugely exciting new collaboration with @claysltd, leaders in Book Production in the UK began this month. Here's what they have to say. We are thrilled too!

We make up 100s of these beautiful same title paired book bundles for prisons on our Share a Story programme.

A special pair is chosen by families on visit days. 1 for the child at home, 1 for the parent in prison, to keep bedtime stories alive & family ties strong over calls.

Our fantastic 'Betsy' means we can collect more donations, reach more communities, and deliver even more incredible stories to kids who might not otherwise have access to books.

For over a year we have had our Birmingham base @WestHousePrepSchool, an incredible school with heart based in Edgbaston. ⁠

The school has given us premises, is as a book hub, runs sorting days & has delivered 4,700 curated books to seven targeted primary schools.⁠ Amazing!

What an amazing bunch the Sky staff are! They've collected almost 2k books across six of their offices, then sorting these at a volunteering event and delivering them this week to two schools in Leeds.

Of children who report having fewer than 10 books in their homes, 42% say they do not like reading; only 32% say they are ‘very confident’ readers - Oxford University Centre for Educational Assessment.
