George Conway Is it really an argument to say one defendant w broadly similar charges got a hung jury & another got convicted? That doesn't seem like an argument at all. If one guy gets convicted of murder and another gets a hung jury are we supposed to think that means murder isn't a thing?

I would add that Ron DeSantis just recently signed a bill that juries in Florida no longer have to unanimously agree to apply the death penalty.
