Woorak Landcare invited me to join them on their Soil Analysis Project for 2024. Results delivered and now time to further the data driven critical decision process. 'Dipping the toes in' one way to embrace that. Thanks to CSBP DecipherAg and Agrifutures for their involvement.

Been having some interesting conversations with clients about cropping costs and risks. Challenge - “if you had to reduce your annual business spend by 10-20% and maintain this level for 3 yrs what would you change and why”. Interested in others answers.

This is his wife Fiona Fiona Bruce passed away shortly after his last Twitter posting on Tues night. He was racing the storm to bring the cows in. He rolled the 🎲 & lost. Thats farming though…you roll the 🎲 - he normally won. Not this time. A man who loved his cows 💔

Late Oct frost knocked some lentils around. Disappointing to get hit this late, hopefully still end up with a reasonable average.
