- یکی از اولویت‌ مهم ما حمایت از سکتور خصوصی است. ما تلاش می‌کنیم زمینه را برای رشد بخش خصوصی فراهم کنیم؛ اما این رویکرد باید مردم‌محور باشد.

- اگر سکتور خصوصی، سالم باشد، مردم می‌توانند از انترنت خوب با قیمت مناسب بهره‌مند شوند.

- مردم باید از خدمات و کیفیت و قیمت انترنتی که خریداری می‌کنند، راضی باشند.

- استفاده از انترنت خوب، ارزان و پرسرعت می‌تواند مردم را در مسیر پیشرفت و ترقی قرار دهد. مسؤولیت و هدف ما فراهم‌کردن زمینه دسترسی به این امکان برای مردم است.

- مردم افغانستان حق دارند از انترنت پرسرعت و با قیمت خوب استفاده کنند.

- شرکت‌های انترنتی نباید به‌خاطر رقابت‌های منفی خدمات‌رسانی به مردم را دشوار کنند. مردم به انترنت باکیفیت و ارزان نیاز دارند.

- ما طرفدار متضررشدن شرکت‌های خصوصی نیستیم؛ ولی نباید مردم در این میان آسیب ببینند؛ زیرا هدف اصلی شرکت‌های دولتی و خصوصی، جلب رضایت و اعتماد مردم است.

محترم محمد فهیم هاشمی سرپرست وزارت مخابرات و تکنالوژی معلوماتی هدایت داد که همه کارمندان به شمول مقامات ارشد فقط وقتی اضافه کاری گرفته می تواند که کار اضافی نماید و در غیر آن تمام اضافه کاری های که روی روابط داده می شود لغو می گردد.

محترم محمد فهیم هاشمی سرپرست وزارت مخابرات و تکنالوژی معلوماتی به منظور حفظ صحت و سلامتی پرسونل به کارمندان پسته خانه دستکش و ماسک توزیع کرد.
محترم هاشمی افزود کارمندان حق دارد از امتیازات خوب برخودار باشند، تا خدمات خوبتر به مردم ارایه نمایند.
