Did you know that the white and red stripes on a windsock are not for decoration?

They actually indicate precise wind speeds.

Here's how.

The anti-vaccine movement is in the misinformation business. And business is good.

Nicole Shanahan I hope this post can encourage professional dialogue between you and me as I'm a professional cardiologist similar to what Mccullough once was. Your political running mate strongly encourages questioning everything, so I give you evidence that will hopefully inspire questioning…

Could we detect hidden nuclear reactors in a country without every setting foot on that nation's soil?

Particle physicists may be able to do just that by carefully monitoring and analysing neutrino signals.

Remembering Ruby I hate the term ‘battle’ against cancer. Do they not fight hard enough if the outcome is poor? They’ve enough to do going through treatment, without feeling they haven’t fought hard enough. Love and hope to all on that awful journey.

Did you know what information Kory and co based their Ivermectin^ideas on.

1x mouse and 1x hamster study.

7 human studies.
4 of them Observational
(n=372/ 249 /1195/108)

and 3 RCT.
(n=200/304/234)

I kid you not.

What do we know about these studies and trials now?

Once again the anti-vaxxers are upset that data show they are wrong.

The latest is a report from Oregon showing that COVID-19 vaccines do not cause sudden cardiac deaths in young people.

It’s easy to make stuff up about science if you never give your audience the proper tools to interpret results. No, the study in question did not show that modifications to mRNA made in vaccines stimulates cancer growth. They just showed that it doesn’t prevent cancer growth if…

Why does cancer evoke so much talk of conflict?

Ruby was a lover not a fighter. A dyed in the wool pacifist who avoided all forms of conflict.

She was the child in the kindergarten playground trying to broker a peace-deal between friends who had fallen out.

Remembering Ruby I hate the whole ‘warrior battling cancer’ narrative . A mum once told me how devastated she was seeing a lady in a shirt saying ‘ I got cancer and I beat it’ as if her little boy didn’t try hard enough , or wasn’t brave enough because he died :(. I am so sorry for your loss x
