Re-Opening Update

Rangers have checked the safety of all waymarked trails and we're pleased to announce that we're now open.

If you're planning on visiting today, please take care and stick to waymarked trails. Take extra care if you're exploring away from waymarked trails.

Closure update

Due to the rain that has fallen in the local area, many of the roads and trails within Moors Valley are flooded.

With water in levels continuing to rise the park will not re-open before 11am on Friday 3 November to allow rangers to check the safety of the site.

Due to the high winds overnight and forecast for later today, we'll be closed this morning, Thursday 2 November.

For the safety of our visitors the car park and all facilities are closed until we assess the ongoing situation.

Due to maintenance work, sections of our car park will be closed 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th September 2023🚗

The disabled parking bays will be closed during this time and the closest parking could be up to 300m from facilities.
