I’m pretty cynical about how the world we have now is but I never imagined we’d be talking about 20,000 deaths in Gaza—and I never imagined how many people would be perfectly fine with 20,000 deaths in Gaza, would defend it as normal, moral, just, or unavoidable. Nothing is okay.
