I am not sure why, but Clark is a tough nut for me to crack. I have a difficult time trying to balance the warmth of the character with the presence and power he should exude.

I think I might be getting closer though with this Frank Miller Superman homage sketch.

Looking for some critique from the comic community:

I just started work on a new project, and am unsure whether the linework breaking the panel borders (as seen in the crow's feathers) is aiding in the roughness of the artwork, or is making it come off as unprofessional.
