For anyone coming to the match on Friday…

So me and Dan Funk went out for a gentle jog this morning and managed to smash the San Sebastian marathon. Dan was even quicker in 3:27 but I'm so,so happy and still in shock! Now eating and drinking our way through San Sebastian!

The longest run in the training plan completed this morning with my marathon partner Dan Funk. 22 miles through the Hertfordshire countryside. A tough one that I'm glad is out of the way! 3 weeks today until the San Sebastian marathon.

Now the dust has settled, i wanna say a massive thank you to those that have supported me over the last few months. A big thanks to all those that supported me on the day, i couldn't have done it without you. xx

I made it to the finish line! I loved absolutely every bit about the day. The crowds were amazing. For once, I can say I'm proud of myself. A bit emotional at the end as i was running for my father-in-law and Parkinson's UK
And the massage by the Parkinson's team was amazing!

It feels even more real now. I picked my number up earlier today so if anyone wants to follow me on the app they can. I'm running the #londonmarathon2023 for Parkinson's UK

I'm a spurs fan and arsenal have been fantastic this season. Arteta moaned about 2 penalties that should have been given. The 2nd one wasn't a penalty. I'd say the 1st one was but it shouldn't have been a foul in the 1st place on Saka but that will not get mentioned!

First we had Danny Gabbidon sounding like Tom Kerridge in the commentary box during the World Cup.
Now we have Jim Williams looking like Tommy Banks in the darts!
