20 schools from across Ireland and the UK are taking part in British Council Ireland Postcards Project this year. 🎉 Students will create postcards inspired by Sir John Lavery’s ‘Lavery On Location’ exhibition in National Gallery of Ireland on the theme of #Identity and exchange them with each other.

Christmas voyage to Margate with ZCZ Films. We read T S Eliot and ate fish and chips. There’s so little space for art programmes on the TV these days. Soon there will be … none. But ZCZ Films stagger on, swimming against the tide.

Tomorrow will be a very sad day when we bid our final goodbyes to Shane MacGowan.

But his legacy stands tall as the Empire State and broad as his beloved River Shannon. His poignant, timeless songs will go on being discovered and loved by generations to come ❤️
