Dear Governor Josh Shapiro if you think Betsy DeVos is the “worst thing” why push a policy that the “worst thing to happen for public education” endorses!

Novel theory not backed up by any data. School district enrollment is unchanged in 2023 over 2022 while brick and mortar charters lost 2.2% of their students. Maybe home schoolers left charters?

There is no way to create a private school voucher system that does not take away money from public education.

Agree, more needs to be done to ensure student success in both charter and district-run schools. Charter were supposed to do better for these students but have not lived up to their promise.
