hmmmm... 41 years on... STILL timeless perspective-- maybe not so much product vs sales & marketing, but rather resistance and unwillingness to change when in a position of power-- monopoly or otherwise.

The power of a situational assessment that invites individuals to evaluate and choose paths for progress from the status quo is truly empowering... to service providers and supporters, too!
