I was disappointed beyond words. That 1992 #MonacoGP belonged to Nigel Mansell CBE & the Williams FW14B. No question. Then Nigel had a slow puncture with 6 laps to go & had to pit for a tyre change. He'd caught Senna within 2 laps. The rest is history.

Doing 360+ kph on a motorcycle is extra crazy. #F1 cars are much more stable on 4 wheels, but their top speed (very similar, around 370kph in Monza) is also very dangerous. I know, MotoGP™🏁 riders are ballsy blokes who 💕 Speed. But 360 kph on 2 wheels - Jeez, that's knife-edge!

And who thinks - seroiusly - that with #Briatore the Good Ol' Glory Days will be returning to BWT Alpine F1 Team? Just like that? Remember: Flavio was banned for the Singapore-gate. OK. Now please re-think.

When Mario & Michael Andretti's bid to run their own #F1 team kept being rejected, my first thought was they should buy MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. Or Alpine. Problem: F1 nowadays is so lucrative for existing team owners that none of them are for sale. (Of course they are, for the right money)

No, the #MonacoGP wasn't exciting, apart from some tactical tricks. But remember what Jackie Stewart said: 'The art of winning is to win with the slowest speed possible.' That's what Charles Leclerc did in a very professional way.

The last time I had this feeling after the #MonacoGP was in 2017. Ferrari & the drivers, Vettel & Kimi back then, looked undestroyable. I hope this impetus lasts till season's end! #ForzaFerrari 🏆🇮🇹
