I recently had my hair coloured lavender. The pinky tones have now washed out, they don’t hold well in my hair. This means my hair is now ash blonde. This was mums natural hair colour. Thank you mummy x

Went to have my nose piercing changed. Piercer couldn’t find the hole from the inside as my nose was too small. This is another way of my mum saying I hate that thing from beyond the grave.

My black and black and white cats will jump from floor to back of chair. The gingers however all have to climb paw over paw up the side of things. They’ve murdered one side of my parents sofa so I keep that against the wall.

My dad’s car has been in garage for 2 years. Long story. We went to collect it and I drove my car home behind him. The last time I saw him driving it my mum was in the passenger seat. It’s weird what things make you cry after someone dies.

So yesterday I went back into the hospital where mum died 10 months ago with a friend who needed emergency surgery. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable but not as uncomfortable as my friend who had things that should be inside hanging out of completely the wrong area. I could do…

I have always had trouble with toothpaste textures and tastes it’s an autism thing. I have now discovered Hismile banana flavour toothpaste and brushing my teeth is much less stressful.

Just spent a few hours in A&E with my friend who has a prolapsed bowel. If you’ve never been in A&E between midnight and 3am it’s like the twighlight zone. Surreal

I’m not a fan of international women’s day but today let me introduce my mum, the woman who made me who I am. With Mothers Day on Sunday and Monday being 10 months since she died I’m struggling. I love you Mum! Always x
