🔴 Numbers have almost doubled

👎 Black renters are also four times more likely than White renters to be asked for multiple (upwards of six) months’ rent upfront.

👎 Renters with a disability are 50% more likely to be unable to rent a home because they can’t afford large upfront payments

👎 And they’re 35% more likely to be asked for a guarantor than people without a disability.

Last year, 25,910 households were put at risk of #homelessness after receiving a section 21 no-fault eviction.

Change is desperately needed but - thanks to self-interested landlord MPs – the #RentersReformBill is now watered down and full of loopholes. We won’t accept it.
