This sounds like an effective formula that aligns with what many technology managers have been saying for a while that they want from their AV vendors.

I believe that I heard this in a HETMA conversation. Correct?

Thank you Britt Yenser, CTS (She/Her)! I appreciate the feedback and I'm so glad we got to connect.

I believe that we surround ourselves with people who make us better. We'll need to do more of that in the future. Perhaps a good conversation for brAVe space podcast podcast πŸ˜ƒ.

This is a great point! Success today doesn’t constitute success tomorrow or in the long run.

Comfort can be a recipe for obsolescence. Pushing yourself and being prepared for the next need or opportunity is a responsibility for long term success.

A great best practice for LinkedIn is to add a personal note when making a connection.

It helps the recipient know who you are and why they should connect. It only takes a couple of extra minutes and makes a big difference to stand out and add a personal touch.

This is a very valuable tip!

There’s so much free opportunity for those starting out to establish themselves and share who they are with employers on LinkedIn.

It’s a differentiator and a way to demonstrate commitment to a career.

I agree Brock McGinnis! The online conversation at live events always adds an extra element of engagement and fun!

John was always a big contributor especially when there was a contest to win.

Marketing works on prospective team members just as it does on potential clients. Being genuine and demonstrating core values will attract the right people.
