Meeting in #Blantyre , #Malawi 🇲🇼with stakeholders to present the project's progress and discuss next steps.
Members of the community, health centres staff, representatives of the district health office in Thyolo, etc. are here to share and learn so we keep moving forward 🌞💧

Using solar water disinfection ( #SODIS ) biotechnology to treat harvested #rainwater we provide a backup supply to address interruptions in existing water supplies.

What does this really mean? 🤔Easy! We clean the water by exposing it to the sun. How cool is that?

Brenda Malavas is a mom living in Mzundu Village, in South #Malawi . Like many women, she fetched #water for her delivery. But today new reactors are bringing clean water to the health center by her home, ensuring a safer future for moms like her 💧

For the last 2 years the health centre in Chimvu, #Malawi , struggled to get some clean water for deliveries. That won’t be a problem anymore. Water is now accessible and running!!
