americanair wants me to spend the night on the floor in JFK airport for more than 24 hours refuse me reasonable accommodation & food. Force a downgrade of my cabin class which I paid for because I can’t sit in their tiny economy cabin seats for a 7 hour flight. #AmericanAirlines
