The Albanese government has finally legislated the date for the live export of sheep by sea to be banned in May 2028.

The animal cruelty charges laid and subsequently withdrawn against Uluru Camels Tour staff were laid under the former NT Animal Welfare Act 1999.
Section 19 of the former Act prohibited the use of an electrical device to administer an electric shock to an animal.

The wild horses of Kosciuszko National Park (KNP) are still being killed by aerial shooting and we know they are not dying from one shot either.
