2 soldiers from 22 SAS Regiment , Corporal Lee Fitzsimmons, aged 26 from Bootle, and Sergeant John Battersby, aged 31 from Platt Bridge, Wigan, were killed when a RAF Puma helicopter crashed near Baghdad, Iraq

There used to be three cash machines at Bootle Asda. A few years ago they took one away and covered the hole with a metal plate. Someone has taken the metal plate away last night, climbed through the hole and emptied the other two cash machines
