The blackthorn is beautiful in the forest at the moment! One from this mornings dog walk in the Brecks.

We also talked to ⁦Luke Reasor⁩, ⁦Enzo DiCocco⁩, and ⁦Leo Carey⁩ after the Bees’ 8-2 win over Solon. DiCocco had a huge triple in the sixth and a pair of steals, and. Carey went 2-4 with an RBI.

From the other day when the sun was out in the Brecks.
There have been some big herds of roe deer around recently but this chap was on his own with skylarks and lapwings for company. Not much hare action yet!

Lovely day out around the Brecks today. 7 Stone Curlew, Tree Pipits, Firecrest, Marsh Tit, Goshawk, Woodlarks, and a host of newly arrived spring migrants made it a great day's birding.
