DIAGNOSE:

As many of you guessed, these cells are indeed basophils!
Basophils are seen in the 'blast' gate, have low side scatter, and express dim CD45, CD13, CD33, CD38 and CD123. Unlike plasmacytoid dendritic cells, basophils do not express HLA-DR.
