CJI:आप CRPC धारा 438 को इस तरह से अपमानित नही कर सकते। हमारा विचार है यदि किसी व्यक्ति को एक मामले मे गिरफ्तार किया जाता है तो उसे दूसरे मामले में अग्रिम जमानत न देने का आधार नहीं हो सकता है
