45 days ago, our brand new Volkswagen went into their service dept needing a full engine replacement. We’ve requested a full refund & are continually being told to be patient while they decide on this. This has been going on since August & we want closure, VW USA Customer CARE
My daughter’s car blew a hole in the engine the size of a melon. It is a 2016 with only 58k miles. Crankshaft failed. Don’t ever buy a VW or Audi. They don’t stand by their products at all. Do me a favor and RT this post to get VW’s attention. 😡
