Hitting pads is mostly you lying to yourself that you’re learning fighting

If u actually wanna learn you gotta do lots of rounds of sparring with different types of opponents

All the other shit like hitting the bag, shadow boxing is only good for your cardio.

Day 2 in Varanasi comes to an end! Good cardio, 6+ hours of being on the ground! Embracing the beads of sweat..the pushing, shoving, yelling - none of it is pleasant, but it's a part of the job, so no complaints! It's just an experience of a lifetime 🙏🏻
