Hikmet Hajiyev Unless Azerbaijan frees ALL Armenian hostages, withdraws its troops from Armenia, & stops threatening us, these are just propaganda words.

The only reason Azerbaijan was able to become a host of #COP29 is because they released half of Armenian hostages.
