Great to share summary of development of the Hypo-RESOLVE QoL, a patient-reported outcome measure to quantify the impact of hypoglycaemia on HRQoL at the final HypoResolve meeting. A 14-item questionnaire that can be used in research and clinical settings.

Duration but not depth of nocturnal hypoglycemia affects sleep quality. NH <3.9(70) but not NH <3.0(54) affected sleep quality. A small study from Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Some similarities to HypoResolve data at Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes #attd2023 , but more unanswered questions remain.

A recent study by Gilberte Martine-Edith and co-authors has highlighted that #hypoglycaemia during sleep may have been underestimated and present suggestions for future studies. See more on easd-elearning.eu/index.html@p=0…
