This is the proclamation that was used to summon a new Parliament when the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011 was in force. Ironically, while the FTPA was often touted as an example of constitutional modernization, these proclamations made no mention of the House of Commons!

People who haven't put a tenth the effort and attention into exploring and understanding their gender that trans people have into exploring and understanding ours should not be issuing bold proclamations about gender identity.

In the case of the term 'transgender', 'trans' means 'on the other side of' or 'across'.
If you don't know what the basic terms in a conversation mean, it's usually best to listen and learn before demonstrating your ignorance with ridiculous proclamations.
