Design tip: walk to refocus

I do two sessions of walking daily, each about 1-1.5hrs long.

Usually wake up at 5-5:30am

Gym at 6, deep work from 7:30-11am

11am-1pm - walking

1-4pm - deep work

4-5pm - dinner

5-6:30pm - walking

6:30-8pm - reading/planning

8-9pm - chill

This is one of biggest issues Nikki Haley hit close to my heart, compassion, and a refocus towards lifting government bureaucracy on adopting.

This week been so ass. Last Friday really rolled over to a whole week. Hopefully next week a be better I’m gone refocus and get back on track
