Septa is a digital artist who entered the world of NFTs in 2021.

His style is strongly influenced by retro Japanese anime from the 80s & 90s. He utilizes a bright, citypop color palette and blends retro elements with modern digital techniques.

And this was this this morning. I actively watched the maintenance man just walk around it and ignore it.
