Ohio Judge Temporarily Blocks State Preemption Law
A judge has granted a temporary restraining order blocking a new state law from taking effect that would nullify flavored vape and tobacco restrictions in Columbus and other Ohio cities.
Why would the Australian Government, after installing a prescription barrier to #vapes , further degrade the appeal of vaping by restricting flavours & nicotine strengths? Those restrictions are proof the medicalisation of vapes is NOT about protecting kids.
