I just want to share that I've been actually making a huge progress of overcoming agoraphobia. It's still hard but it does get easier. I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel ❤️

Anxiety can be so crippling. Agoraphobia,social anxiety,etc. People so anxious that they can't leave the house or talk to people face to face. So anxious that they feel like they are having a heart attack multiple times a day. & don't label them wimps,many are soldiers. #Anxiety

This week was a massive step in overcoming my agoraphobia! I had family visiting and we traveled around for 4 days! It felt so so good getting out and making new memories! 💜😊

Diversity in the 7o's. Poor guy's in the back and on the fold. I remember his phobia was Agoraphobia. The exact opposite of Storm's which is Claustrophobia and interesting.

agoraphobia ruins my life i just wanna go outside but it’s so scary

Finally made it to Australian Museum to see the Ramses exhibit! This was a really hard trip on my agoraphobia, it was a constant battle against my mind, but I made it. A massive thank you to the lovely people who gifted me money for the hotel and exhibit ticket for my birthday!

I live with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and at times when things are really bad, Agoraphobia. Needless to say, mentally, I'm often a mess !!!
But I don't think this is the answer.
