Climbing School graduation is the culmination of a 3-week training for our new Distribution Electrician Helpers & marks the official start of a 4-year apprenticeship. 💡

How do our crews work through stormy conditions?

☔ If raining, crews will continue to work. Doesn't matter if it's mist or torrential downpour
🍃 If wind gusts above 30mph, crews will not go up in lifts until winds calm down
⛈️ If lightning, crews will not work in the area

The students were full of energy and thrilled for the opportunity to experience all of this. Plus they got some cool Electric > Gas sunglasses and notepads to take notes on what they were learning about! 📝
