Im really into pets and keeping fish but alot if people are uneducated as to what's a proper environment for fish especially goldfish and Bettas

1. Oxygenated water is comfier for them
2. LOOK AT HOW HE PLAYS WITH HIS 😭

Everyone meet Nova! He’s the new Galaxy Koi Betta! I went for a smaller guy and got him from a special betta shop that took much better care of their bettas. Prepare for many Nova updates. His fins are smaller but he is just as beautiful

In terms of fishing... Probably something like alligator gars... They're always a fun challenge to catch, and harvest enough meat for the trouble... But aesthetically... Black orchid bettas..! :)

Meet my lovely goldfish + angelfish alongside with that moody bettas fish though I am gonna take him out as he is shedding off his fins a bit so shall medicate him isolating him. Gonna replace this with a new batch soon for summer entries.

Mermaid Au and Freminet is a penguin tetra while Barbara and Dahlia are bettas

(betta pics wouldn't be exact tails. Barbara would be a blue rim marble plakat and Dahlia a red devil veiltail, not a halfmoon like the pic + body would have white scales)

This girl may have won me over in regard to female bettas.

Every male betta I’ve owned has been either dumb as a rock or tries to fight the rock. No middle ground. But this girl is so lively and inquisitive. All without being aggressive towards even the tiniest of my shrimp.

Great news! Prince finally ate (it’s normal for bettas to not eat the first couple days) but I’ve been worried about when they last fed them. But he ate some pellets today! So that’s a good sign he’s settling in. He’s also been more active today
