People make a lot of idiotic jokes about Thanasis but this man puts in work even though he rarely gets out there. Huge bummer for him and the team. Here’s to a speedy recovery.

Hearing stories of houses in Bay View going for 20-30% over asking price with tons of offers. A lot of us thought housing in Milwaukee was affordable. I don’t think that’s so true anymore (in many neighborhoods).

Brian Hildebrand Are mean are you asleep to bidenflation. We're reaching depression level inflation. Job market artificially inflated. Groceries up 40 percent. Mortage rate 7 plus percent. Wake up it's a nightmare market.

Brian Hildebrand lack of supply is the primary force fucking up the market, now and for the foreseeable future

Homeowners are not trading their 3% mortgages for a 7% loan unless life realllllly forces them to

Brian Hildebrand My fam lived in Walkers Point and Bay View since the 1880’s. And now I can’t afford it. First one to not live in one of those two neighborhoods in over a hundred years.

Henry Willams Brian Hildebrand I sold one first time home buyers are scared at the high interest rates. On the market for 30+ days and dropped price to sell. The house that sell quick are bigger houses.

Brian Hildebrand Tosa is definitely the same. We’ve been here 21 years this year and are astounded at what we see houses going for around us. In the last month a nearby house went for $85K over asking!!!

Brian Hildebrand In my neighborhood last month, house listed for $250k, 10 offers above 300, sold for $315+. Open house looked like Summerfest there were so many people.

Brian Hildebrand My limited, anecdotal, but recent experience is that a lot of asking prices are misleadingly low. Our realtor said one of the tricks in the current market is to list for $10k-$15k less than the house is really worth in order to get more people interested, knowing it’ll bid up.
