Russians struck a hotel in Chernihiv that was used to house military personnel

Ukraine is trying to pass it off as a random attасk against civilians

Though it is possible there were civilian victims, it was definitely and by large a military target

This morning, Russia viciously attacked #Chernihiv with “Iskander” missiles. They killed at least 17 people – as the rescue operation is not finished yet, we hope this number won’t increase.
