I am shocked by this report. If the Judge had personal reasons why she could not deal with the matter that should have been disclosed at the hearing itself and she should have recused herself then. An accused person, who has been denied bail to date, now has to spend further time

I have just read the attached statements attributed to Shingai Mutasa in which it appears he pleads with Zimbabweans to celebrate the coup d’etat which removed Robert Mugabe from power in 2017. He uses a similar euphemism to the now hackneyed “military assisted transition” -
