There are 2 types of medical dorama. Those that rely on cool actions and complex surgeries, like Code Blue & Tokyo MER. And those that focus on characters, showing medical workers with flaws, like Alive & PICU. Unmet is the latter. It's my favourite spring dorama, so far.
