This might be one of the most scenic water taxi journeys in the 🌍 I’ve taken a few of those, but crossing Findhorn Bay in Moray is stunning. Jane was super helpful shuttling our e-cargo bikes. One for the #bikepacking bucket list! One of the 20 routes in ‘Bikepacking Scotland’.

The spring growth of Seagrass is underway & - working in partnership with Moray Ocean Community - we've gathered a crew of local volunteers & citizen scientists to help map the extent of Seagrass across Findhorn Bay. Interested in taking part? Email [email protected]
With funding from London North Eastern Railway, a smolt trap was installed in the River Findhorn, allowing staff & volunteers to count, measure & tag a sample of fish as they migrate downstream, providing vital baseline data against which we can measure our nature recovery efforts.

On Saturday 16 March, we welcomed over 130 people to our Headwaters Celebration - presenting the songs, music & stories inspired by the upper reaches of the River Findhorn, with Julie Fowlis, Ewan Robertson, Rachel Campbell, Munro Gauld & Neil Baillie. Huge thanks to all involved
